My name is Alan J. Zickefoose, but I go by Al. I was born and grew up in Wooster, OH but now live in Bellefontaine. As a child I wanted to be a good dad when I grew up. I am married to the most beautiful, kind, wonderful, amazing, and sensitive woman of God; her name is Kathi. I have two adult children, Chris and Danielle, and 3 grandchildren.
I have traveled throughout the U.S. and abroad, and have lived in Albania and Kosovo as a missionary for 12 years. My favorite travel destination is Canada, my favorite hobby is hunting, and although I am not a big sports fan, I enjoy watching a good football game. The cause I am most passionate about is Christ, and I volunteer to serve at my local church whenever I can.
I got my start in the pest control industry when I was recruited by a larger company in my area at the time. I enjoy this career choice because I like talking and driving, and in between that I get to kill stuff! If I had to describe my career in three words, I would use “interesting”, “satisfying”, and “entertaining”. What makes us unique in this industry and sets us apart is our commitment to our clients, and my favorite part of the job is meeting people. Even with 30+ years of experience, there is always something new to learn, and I really enjoy that.
